Solidifying New & Positive Habits in Your Relationship

Sometimes it is important to continue with relationship coaching even if you have seen significant improvement.

Although we were getting close to the end of the 12-week program of coaching, I knew they would benefit from more sessions as a way to solidify the new, positive habits they had created.

New, positive habits have a way of slipping back into old, negative habits if they are not embedded into our psyche.

I wasn’t sure if this couple was on the same page as me, but after spending some time talking about it, I was delighted to see that both the husband and wife were wanting to continue for a bit longer. They understood the importance of staying with it, even though there has been significant improvement.
