How do you know if you need a relationship coach? If you and your mate feel like you have a problem or problems that you’ve tried to solve without outside help, but can’t seem to solve, you probably need a relationship coach.
A relationship coach brings an accountability factor to your relationship. You are paying this expert to help you stay committed to improving your marriage by using the tools, skills, and information he or she gives you. In my practice, I teach 35 tools to couples. Some are concrete and some are abstract, but all of them give the couple something to use to strengthen the relationship.
Below are some guidelines to help you know if you need help from a relationship coach:
- the issues between you and your mate seem unsolvable
- you’ve tried other types of help, but feel like you’re going in circles
- you’re so distraught that you’re starting to think about divorce
- you feel lonely in your marriage or relationship and like roommates
