Celebrating 30 years of coaching with a memory each month
I remember doing a presentation for 50 couples at a church (this was back in 2004 after writing the book Cleveland Couples – 40 Inspiring Stories of Love & Commitment (Gray & Company Publishers). At the end of the talk, couples lined up to purchase an autographed copy of the book. There were several couples around the table telling me their names as I was autographing their books. Not once, but twice, I put the wrong wife’s name with the wrong husband’s name! I can have a good laugh about it now, but at the time, it was mortifying!
