My talk on WKYC Channel 3’s morning show discusses the four seasons in a relationship and how each phase is unique.
This past month, I was invited to appear on WKYC Channel 3’s morning show called Live on Lakeside to talk about the four seasons in a relationship. You can watch the full episode by clicking on this link. Here is the recap.
Spring – a time when you meet someone and the energy between you and your mate is new and exciting. Conversations come easily and grow into longer and longer talks.
Summer – this is the time when your relationship takes root when you both realize your values are congruent and you have a common vision for the future.
Fall – a time in a relationship where some of the positive perceptions fall away and get replaced by negative ones.
Winter – this is a dark space in your relationship in which you almost feel like the relationship is dying because of arguing, differences between you, and a loss of connection.
