The Thanksgiving holiday can be used as a springboard for gratitude to take residence in your life permanently. Because Thanksgiving is around the corner, I thought I would help you jump-start all the reasons you can be grateful. Without sounding like Pollyanna, because I know we all have pain and suffering in our lives, I think it is important to shift our focus now and then to what we have in our lives for which to be thankful. So, here is a list of some things that I’d like you to think about and check off as to whether being grateful for them applies to you.
If you haven’t done this, I recommend creating a gratitude journal. Even if you enter only one thing a week for which you are grateful, you will feel a difference in your attitude!
