No one can experience a life without loss. Loss is a natural component of a life well-lived. How to face and manage loss over the course of a lifetime, however, can either strengthen a person or break him or her.
Whether someone experiences a loss of a job, health, home, a loved one, or a pet, how the person handless the loss depends much on his or her ability to be vulnerable enough to reach out for support.
