This is held the weekend before Valentine’s Day and conducted at a different bed and breakfast each year, is designed to re-ignite the romance in any couple’s relationship. After an all day workshop and romantic night stay, partners leave feeling refreshed and reunited.
Coach Kathy’s Couples Communication Workshop
This session is designed to teach mates how to connect on a deeper, more meaningful level. In this four hour workshop, partners learn to share, respect, and understand one another’s feelings. Because disagreements are bound to occur in any relationship, this workshop gives couples the skills they need to disagree effectively instead of hurtfully.
Coach Kathy’s Six-Week Women’s and Men’s Workshops
These gender focused workshops are designed to help men and women understand each other’s perspectives on communication, love, romance, and sex. At the end of each week’s two hour session, the men and the women receive homework assignments, things to do in order to create and maintain a healthy, loving relationship.
Diagnosis: Married Workshop
This is a five session course based on Kathy Dawson’s book, Diagnosis: Married. It is designed to teach men and women relationship skills and help them develop an action plan to create a healthy, loving relationship in the areas of communication, practical life, romance, finances, and spirituality.
Build your Relationship for a Work/Life Balance:
One of the most stressful situations a couple can face is when work overtakes life on a chronic basis. Quality time together takes a dive, communication becomes robotic, and sex is nowhere to be seen. Coach Kathy teaches couples several key tools to strike balance back into their lives.
Relationships For Parenting and Your Relationship:
Nowhere is teamwork in a marriage more important than in working together as parents. Being on the same page when teaching values, setting limits, and organizing activities for children is paramount. To do otherwise gives children the playbook on how to divide and conquer. Kathy teaches Parenting 101 skills to help couples have a united front to help their children feel secure.
